813-322-502711:14 AM Wed Sep 7 2010 Recorded scam about reduction in credit card debt.Pressed one, got a woman, sounded American.  I talked nice for a minute then after getting the website  debtreliefcenterllc.com from her, I asked her why they keep calling me illegally using an illegal machine and calling my number that’s on the do not call list, and even though I have repeated told them dozens of times to never call me again.  She couldn’t answer.  I cursed her.  She hung up.
I then traced the site data and found it was Mike Mardaresco behind the ongoing abuse.

10-13-2010I called 800-579-8655 and asked for Mike Mardaresco.  The man answering verified that I had the correct number by asking “May I tell him who is calling?”  I gave my name and repeaded my story and demands that the calls cease.  Left that as a message for Mike. Every time I asked for a physical address to send legal papers to sue them, the line just went blank. No answers.  I tried three calls.

Talked to “Mike Sims” who was very evasive but said they never called anyone.

Jan 25, 2011Got 5 calls from the same vermin 11:29 AM  802-764-4555  1:10 PM   976-201-5858  1:24 PM   262-995-9092  4:02 PM   708-554-1121  This one was answered by a male.  I said “I’d like to speak to Mike Marderesco, your boss.  Can you put him on the line?”  He seemed surprised, but said “Sure, he’s here.  Hold on.”  After a couple of minutes he came back and said “Sorry, Mike is not in the office, but I will be sure and take your number off of our list immediately.”  I told I have hear that many times before but they keep calling, three times so far today, and he just kept repeating his line about removing my number.  I told him to have Mike call be to discuss a settlement to compensate me for the several years of harrassment and breaking various laws with every call, including the Do-Not-Call list, using spoofed bogus caller ID info, using false company names, use of the illegal machine, and calling after being told at least 100 times never to call me again.  I also added that for the record, once again, NEVER CALL ME AGAIN!”  He just repeated that he’d remove me from the list and hung up.At 4:37, they called back with the same machine, from number 708-554-1121.  But disconnected before an operator picked up again.

Mike claimed he’s only been at it for 8 months and doesn’t know Greg Haywood.  However The scammer call I got on Sept 23, 2010, and talked to Greg Haywood, Greg gave me the company website (when he thought I was an interested sucker) as www.americandebtcenter.org

That site has the address: 2850 Red Hill Ave Ste 120. Santa Ana, CA 92705  (Mike’s address) and was registered by Mike Mardaresco on 18-Nov-2009 23:34:37 UTC, 15 months ago! And that’s one of many Mike has used.

I gave my name and told him to have Mike call me to arrange a settlement.   Scott asked “Have we helped you before?” to which I answered “No you’ve been harassing be for a long time and Mike said it would stop but you are still at it…” The line remained connected but I never got any reply.  At 12:21, I hung up.

The name used in the calls changes frequently and never actually exists.
The federal rules are $500 per violation per call.  Each call has at least three violations and my having told them repeatedly to cease makes 6.  1) Calling the DO-Not-Call list2) Illegal use of Automated machine3) Failure to identify themselves at the beginning of the call4) Calling after being told not to. 5) Using fake caller ID Info6) Using fake company name
Federal law also allows for triple damages for each violation once the perp has been notified. That comes to $1500 per violation per call.
